Returns
All products can be exchanged within 15 days from delivery of the package. If the size is not correct or the product does not convince you, or any other default of the order, you replace it properly.
Send the package by certified mail (very important) and putting it back into the sheet with the changes you want to address:

If the return is a result of resizing or product from you, the costs of returning the client to pay the new shipping with the new order we'll credit.
If the change is motivated by our error or defective product, t'abonarem the cost of shipping and your new post.
* For obvious reasons, will not accept returns of products showing clear evidence of having been used or have any damage.
